What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: Discovery → Demo(s) → Benchmark → Close
  • Work 1:1 with SDRs (10–15 demos/week already in motion)
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals (4–10 personas)
  • Handle RFQs and enterprise buying committees
  • Sell into €10M–€100B+ revenue companies across FMCG, cosmetics, CPG, e-commerce, manufacturing
  • Average deal size: €40K–€100K+ (with potential to reach €200K+)
  • Help shape pricing, playbooks, and GTM motion

Career Growth

  • Move from Founding AE to Lead AE and eventually Commercial Leadership
  • Help hire and coach future AE team members
  • Work closely with the VP Sales and core leadership on company-building strategy

You're a Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • A track record in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Fluent German and strong communication skills
  • Based in Berlin or open to relocating
  • Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger
  • A builder mindset: comfortable working without a playbook—and excited to create one
