Aufgaben

• Take ideas from incubation pipeline to a validated concept with research and financial modeling.
• Own delegated portfolio projects: go-to-market, operations, finance, hiring.
• Develop financial models and perform data room analysis for deals.
• Build and run AI-native agents and automations to streamline processes.
• Provide research-driven recommendations with explicit reasoning.

10x Value Partners is the investment firm and company builder founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We incubate companies from a blank page and invested as angels in around 40 technology startups. Our portfolio spans consumer businesses, FinTech, SaaS, ImapctTech, and longevity.

We also run the firm itself like a product. Deal analysis, portfolio reporting, research, and back-office operations are built on AI agents and automated workflows instead of headcount, which is why a very small team covers an unusually large surface area.

Job Description

You work directly with the founder on launching new companies and driving the workstreams that decide whether our existing ones succeed. This is a role for someone who intends to be a founder and would rather learn it across working with several companies at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• New ventures. Take ideas from our incubation pipeline to a validated concept: research, financial model, first customer conversations, positioning, setup.
• Portfolio workstreams. Own delegated projects inside our incubations:Go-to-market,operations, finance, hiring, etc.
• Deal work. Financial models, data room analysis, pressure-testing the thesis, investment memos and LP reporting.
• AI-native operations. Build and run the agents and automations the firm operates on. If a process costs an hour of human time twice, it gets automated.
• Research into decisions. We ask for a recommendation with the reasoning attached, not a summary.

Qualifications

• AI-native. You use frontier models daily and know the tooling (Claude Code, agentic workflows, MCP, automation platforms, rapid prototyping) well enough to show us what you have built with it.
• Strong academic record from a globally recognised university.
• Previous work experience in banking, consulting, start-ups and/or investing"
• A proactive work attitude and strong work ethic and originalthinking.
• Independent and fast: vague brief in, finished work out, without supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English. German or another European language is an advantage.
• Available full time within four to six weeks, for three to six months.

• See the whole machine: how deals get sourced and structured, how a company goes from idea to incorporation, and what breaks in year one.
• Afterwards: a full-time role, or joining one our portfolio companies in a key role.
