QuantumDiamonds is seeking a sharp Founders Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO office in Munich. You will lead high-priority projects spanning strategy, operations, fundraising prep, and business development, acting as a versatile right hand to the founders.
You’ll own end-to-end topics, build financial models, and help shape processes as the company scales. A hands-on, fast-paced mindset and interest in deep tech are essential for systemic impact.
QuantumDiamonds is looking for a sharp, driven Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d) to work directly alongside our founders in the CEO Office and help run one of Europe's most exciting deep-tech startups. This is not a support role at the edge of the action. You'll sit at the center of it, taking on the projects that matter most to the company at any given moment, from strategy and operations to fundraising prep, business development, and internal process building. Your work will have real impact: our product and our whole company are evolving at breakneck speed, and we need someone who can take a messy problem, structure it, and drive it to a result. One week you might be building a financial model or preparing an investor update, the next you're untangling an operational bottleneck or take on responsibility to ship a tool to a Asia. This is a rare opportunity for a generalist who wants genuine responsibility, broad exposure to how a company is actually built, and a front-row seat next to the founders. If you are ambitious, hands on, and want to learn faster than anywhere else, this is the right role for you.

Most importantly: Jump on whatever matters most right now, acting as a flexible right hand to the founders on high-priority topics.
QuantumDiamonds GmbH, headquartered in Munich, Germany, develops and manufactures semiconductor inspection systems based on quantum sensing. Spun out of the Technical University of Munich in 2022, the company uses nitrogen‑vacancy centers in diamond to map electrical current with micrometer precision inside advanced 2.5D and 3D chip architectures. Nine of the world’s ten largest semiconductor manufacturers are engaged with QuantumDiamonds, with systems deployed across Europe, the United States, and Asia. The company is investing €152 million to build the world’s first production facility for quantum sensing‑based semiconductor inspection tools, supported under the European Chips Act.
