Zusammenfassung

Zauber, a Berlin-based AI startup, is seeking an exceptional Founder's Associate Intern to help grow and bring Zauber to the next stage. You will build internal systems, lead recruiting, and support GTM efforts with our agents.

Start in Q4 2026 with compensation of 2,400€ per month, office in Berlin preferred, and mentorship from experienced operators. You will shape one of Europe’s most ambitious AI startups.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in generalist roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments.
• A somewhat technical background or strong intuition for AI and software.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
