Zauber is seeking an Agent Deployment Manager to own the deployment lifecycle for AI agents with global freight forwarders and enterprise customers.

You will define implementation, integration, and scale strategies across complex environments, partnering with engineering and product to deliver measurable business value. This role drives adoption, training, and repeatable deployment playbooks from day one.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in a B2B environment.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams.
• Experience with Agents/LLMs or writing software is a plus, as well as any logistics/freight forwarding exposure.

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare to large scale roll-out and use-case expansion.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption.
• Partner with engineering/product to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system integrations, and feed customer insights back to product.
• Help improve deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness to scale and shorten deployment cycles.
• Drive change management and operator training to convert skeptical users into AI champions.

Now we are looking for an exceptional Agent Deployment Manager to help us define and build the next generation of AI-powered logistics systems.

What You’ll Do

You will own the complete deployment lifecycle for Zauber's AI agents with global freight forwarders, turning signed contracts into production systems that deliver measurable business value. This is a high-ownership role where you'll define how we implement, integrate, and scale our AI agents across complex enterprise environments. Every implementation you lead in these early stages builds the foundation for how we onboard hundreds of customers in the future.

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare to large scale roll‑out and use‑case expansion
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption
• Partner closely with engineering/product to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate system integrations, and feed customer insights back to product
• Contribute to improving deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time, incl. creating repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that enable the team to scale while compressing deployment cycles and time‑to‑value
• Drive change management and operator training, turning skeptical users into AI champions who trust and rely on the agents

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in a B2B environment
• Know how to navigate complex organizations, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams
• Have a bias for action and getting things done, even when the path forward is unclear
• Experience with Agents/LLMs or writing software yourself is a big plus, as well as any working experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of how enterprise software works, including APIs, databases, system architectures and integrations
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver on time across multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English required, German is a strong plus

Location & Logistics

• Berlin office preferred, but open for hybrid setups
• Annual offsite (last year we took the team for 4 weeks to San Francisco)
• Start: As soon as possible
