Zauber Technology GmbH is seeking an exceptional Founder's Associate Intern to help scale product and company operations. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team, taking ownership across internal systems, recruiting, GTM efforts, and funding opportunities.

You will learn directly from experienced operators and founders while helping Zauber grow into Europe’s leading AI startup in logistics.

Qualifikationen

Now we are looking for an exceptional Founder's Associate Intern helping us grow and bring Zauber to the next stage.

What You'll Do

You’ll be a core part of a small and fast-moving team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will help us scale both product and company operations while learning directly from experienced operators and founders along the way.

• Build and manage internal systems like our website and tooling
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members
• Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring our agents to customers

• Compensation: 2,400€ per month
