Backed by top-tier investors (Earlybird, b2venture) and growing rapidly, we are seeking a Founder's Associate: Go to Market (f/m/d) to work closely with our co-founder, Marc. Your role will support his sales activities and enhance our product’s market viability.

What You Will Do

Your Mission for the Next 6 Months:

  1. Identify and research 10 strategic accounts, understanding their needs, pain points, and opportunities, and prepare detailed analysis reports.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers within these accounts, both locally and internationally.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing to develop tailored sales materials such as presentations, demos, and proposals.
  4. Design a Go-to-Market strategy for entering two new markets or industries, including actionable recommendations and use cases.
  5. Lead project plans for three major sales initiatives, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and timely execution.
  6. Support founder-led sales efforts by assisting in converting at least two strategic accounts into clients, including demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing, initially with close support and later independently.
Strategic Account Development
  • Conduct in-depth research on strategic accounts to understand their needs and opportunities.
  • Establish initial contact with key stakeholders at local and international levels, building actionable insights.
Sales Initiatives Execution
  • Manage project plans for major sales initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
  • Assist the founder in converting strategic accounts through research, demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
