We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Founders Associate - Business Development.


As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our founders and get significant hands-on experience on how to lead and build up a company with a strong focus on business development.


You will play a crucial role in supporting the founders' vision and executing strategic initiatives that fuel their business growth.


This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and has a passion for entrepreneurship and business growth.


Aufgaben

  • Create proposal presentations for clients that outline business development opportunities in a convincing way

  • Take part in meetings with executives from other companies - both remote and in person - and derive business development opportunities from it

  • Create business development initiatives together with the founder and take an active role in implementing the initiatives

  • Dive into a client’s status quo, deeply understanding their needs and develop matching new business proposals

  • Keep in touch with the latest trends in the digital marketing industry, assess their specific potential for our business and apply them to our initiatives


Qualifikation

  • General understanding of digital marketing, the channels and its functionality is a plus

  • Prior work experience in ambitious work environments is a big plus

  • Strong drive to deliver work results independently with a hands-on attitude

  • Ability to structure communication very well with a strong attention to detail

  • Business fluent in both German and English languages
