Arctory is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on a broad set of strategic and operational initiatives in Munich. This full-time, on-site role involves GTM, operations and customer success, helping to build a generational company while delivering outcomes rather than slides.

You will conduct market research, prepare assets for partners and customers, and assist with pilots on the shop floor to accelerate digitalization in manufacturing.
