As our Founder's Associate Product, you will work closely with our founder and product & tech teams on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives to help scale our product offering.

Activities

• Work closely with one of the founders to drive key product initiatives across the entire lifecycle: from ideation and research to execution and rollout.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to shape product development decisions.
• Translate customer feedback, product analytics, and strategic goals into actionable product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, create user stories, and coordinate with our data and engineering teams.
• Act as a sparring partner to founders for product strategy, customer centricity, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in high-paced environments.
• Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial drive with a "get-things-done" mentality and a hands-on approach.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, profound knowledge in SQL and Python.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills in both German and English.
