We are building an AI-powered people intelligence platform for small- and medium-sized companies. Our platform integrates to HR, recruiting, performance & engagement and payroll systems, so that organisations can visualize and analyze all their organisational and people data in one platform. With these AI-powered analytics, we unlock trends, identify root-cause and provide recommended actions to improve organisation’s recruiting, productivity and retention efforts. This enables People Teams to become more proactive and driving real impact in their organisation.

Tasks

As our Founder's Associate Product, you will work hand-in-hand with our founder and product & tech teams on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives to help scale our product offering.

You will:

• Work closely with one of the founders to drive key product initiatives across the entire lifecycle: from ideation and research to execution and rollout.


• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to shape product development decisions.


• Translate customer feedback, product analytics, and strategic goals into actionable product requirements.


• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, create user stories, and coordinate with our data and engineering team.


• Act as a sparring partner to founders for product strategy, customer centricity, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in high-paced environments.


• Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial drive with a "get-things-done" mentality and a hands-on approach.


• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and profound knowledge in SQL and Python.


• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.


• Passion for Product: Eagerness to work at the intersection of tech, product, AI and users. You are obsessed with building intuitive, impactful products.


• Bonus points: Hands-on experience with building AI-powered (agentic) experiences
