scaile is hiring a Founder's Associate to take full ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution. You will drive the product vision for our GTM Engine and AI Agents, and set metrics (AARRR, North Star) to guide growth.

Qualifikationen

• You've built something that made money (startup, product, community, audience).
• You take ownership and deliver fast, including in front of clients.
• You're hands-on and adapt quickly when things move fast.
• You experiment, learn, and iterate without waiting for permission.
• You communicate clearly and work well with a small team.
• You've worked with Claude Code / Cursor (must-have).
• CMS skills (Framer, Webflow, Figma) are a big plus.

As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we're already live with clients like Beurer, Axel Springer, UniCredit and Lyceum Technologies.

We're hiring a Founder's Associate to take full ownership of high-impact and special projects alongside the founders, from concept to execution. This is a Fulltime Role (996).

Tasks

• Take full ownership of high-impact projects alongside the founders, from concept to execution
• Drive the product vision and strategy for our GTM Engine & AI Agents, bringing your own ideas to the table
• Set and track key metrics (AARRR, North Star) to guide decision-making and growth
• Build Partnerships with massive media companies and customers
• Tasks will vary, but this gives you a good sense of the remit: broad and high ownership

Requirements

• You've already built something, whatever it was: a startup, a product, a community, an audience, or a side project that made money (that interests us more than your CV)
• You take ownership and deliver fast, including in front of clients
• You're hands-on and adapt quickly when things move fast
• You experiment, learn, and iterate without waiting for permission
• You communicate clearly and work well with a small team
• You've worked with Claude Code / Cursor (must-have)
• CMS skills (Framer, Webflow, Figma) are a big plus
