We’re looking for a motivated Founder Associate – CFO Office (m/f/d) to support the finance and accounting operations at our Ecosystem Company.

As a Founder Associate – CFO Office, you’ll manage financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations and bookkeeping
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as internal reporting according to HGB and IFRS
  • Contribute to finance initiatives supporting working capital management in an international environment
  • Collaborate with the CEO, management, and other internal departments on financial accounting and tax issues and projects
  • Liaise with the external accountancy firm to ensure compliance and accuracy
Your Profile:
  • Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar field, ideally in a startup environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance/accounting or comparable qualification
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in both English and German
  • Ideally, familiarity with financial, accounting, and business systems such as DATEV; experience with expense management solutions and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ideally, knowledge of IFRS as well as HGB
