You will play a pivotal role in growing the company, building a category-defining company from the ground up.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Growth

• Drive strategic projects across business development and growth
• Test and scale new growth channels to expand our reach
• Support our international expansion and other growth efforts
• Measure, quantify and report on strategy and campaign performance

Operations

• Set up, drive and automate processes and operations

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Academic excellence: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
• Top-tier experience: 1-3 years of work experience from Tier 1 / 2 consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups / VCs, or you have founded a company yourself
• High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
• Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
• Motivated by impact: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
• Entrepreneurial: You are eager to learn what it means to run a startup
• Based in Hamburg: For this position we think it is crucial to be on site and close to the action (hybrid is fine though)
