Whether customer service, invoicing or project work : with us, you are right in the middle of things and move goods worldwide.

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the operational team in the area of national and international general cargo in a cooperation network
• You will be responsible for the area of national and international network transports with permanent optimization approaches
• You are responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of processes as part of our continuous improvement process concept
• You are responsible for ensuring and optimizing the processes within the general cargo system transports at the location to guarantee an excellent quality standard while maintaining profitability
• You support the training of new employees and the development of the existing team
• You will be in close communication with and between the local and regional interfaces, in particular with the Sales, Customer Service and Administration departments
• You are involved in networking with national and international partners
• You will also be responsible for maintaining cooperation with central Head Office departments

Your profile :

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience
• Ideally, you have an additional qualification in logistics or business administration
• You have experience in managing operational processes using key performance indicator systems
• You have several years of professional experience in general cargo system transportation and good knowledge of general cargo processes and corresponding QM systems (e.g. DIN ISO 9XXX, IFS)
• You have already gained experience in the area of employee management
• Ideally, you have gained knowledge of customs / third countries
• You remain calm even during periods of high stress and have good communication skills
• Your good written and spoken English and good IT skills in TMS round off your profile
