Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL partners, serving as the main contact for logistics issues and reviews in Europe.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and SLAs to track and ensure performance and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency and collaborate on implementing best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in product handling, packaging, and transportation.
• Issue Resolution: Address challenges proactively with stakeholders and partners.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, with contingency plans in place.
• Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards, working with legal teams as needed.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on logistics performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams to enhance logistics network performance in Europe.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with forward logistics, transportation, warehousing, especially in consumer electronics or high-tech industries.
• Proven ability to manage 3PL relationships and drive performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable.
• Proficiency with logistics systems (SAP, WMS, TMS), MS Office; SQL skills a plus.
• Knowledge of European Customs processes is advantageous.
• Multilingual; willing to travel up to 50%.
