edenity. is expanding its Munich HQ with a Forward Deployed Engineer role. You will turn signed deals into live systems on client sites, architect ERP integrations, and bring suppliers onboard to convert documents into structured, item-level data.

You will travel to construction sites and work closely with customers to drive value from proof-of-value to full rollout. This role favors hands-on problem solving on real sites over polishing code in isolation, and requires native German and fluent

Our client is rebuilding the back office of European construction. It's already working: construction is one of the least digitised industries in the world, and the company's AI-native platform turns paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline procurement decisions into structured, real-time data, embedded inside some of Europe's largest contractors. Nine of Switzerland's ten largest contractors already run on the platform.

Backed by a top-tier US venture fund and a well-known European VC, the company raised a €12.5M Series A and is scaling fast from its Munich HQ.

The role

As Forward Deployed Engineer, you're the technical face of the company: the person who turns a signed deal into a live system on site. Most of your time is spent building, scoping ERP and supplier integrations and making customer data flow reliably between systems. The rest is spent on construction sites and in customer meetings, onboarding teams and driving every project from proof-of-value through to full rollout and go-live.

This role suits someone who'd rather solve real problems on real sites than polish code in isolation.

What you'll be doing

• Own the proof-of-value that wins the deal, then scale it into a company-wide go-live across construction sites
• Scope the architecture and build ERP integrations, making sure data flows reliably from day one
• Bring customers' suppliers onto the platform, turning delivery notes and invoices into structured, item-level data
• Go on-site to onboard teams and make sure the platform works in the field, not just in the dem

What you'll need

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation, Product or Software Engineering, with real coding: APIs, scripts and system integrations (React, TypeScript or SQL)
• A track record of owning a technical project end-to-end with direct customer contact: scoping, prioritisation, implementation, testing and a successful go-live
• Curious about the product and how it maps to what customers actually need
• Able to explain technical topics clearly, whether in the room or on the site
• A structured approach to problem-solving; new systems and messy setups don't throw you off
• Native German and fluent English (around 80% of the company's customers are German-speaking)
• Nice to have: experience in Construction Tech, Supply Chain or Logistics SaaS, or at an early-stage startup (<50 people) where you built processes from scratch

Location & logistics

Munich office, five days a week, with occasional travel to customers and sites. Relocation support is available.

• Permanent contract (Unbefristet, following probation), full-time (40h/week)
