About this role:

As a Germany forklift Aftersales Manager, you will focus on aftersales customer service for the German-speaking market of BYD. You will be responsible for providing adequate service to BYD dealers or BYD Service Providers to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building best-in-class regional technical capability, standard, and high-efficiency technical operation. You will also be in charge of giving trainings and technical support to develop and build strong links with dealers or end customers. You will play a major and direct role in ensuring BYD forklift division business development with real impact on customer satisfaction in the German market.

Location and working setup:

This is a full-time role based in the office but requires frequent travel.

Reporting Line:

The Germany Forklift Aftersales Manager will report directly to the Aftersales Manager of the Forklift Division at BYD Europe

Your responsibilities will be:

• Providing technical support to customers on aftersales issues.
• Handling customers’ complaints and warranty cases.
• Planning site visits and attending customer sites to carry out, repair forklifts with a view to commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and building strong links with customers.
• Collecting and sorting aftersales issues, creating regular service reports.
• Collaborating with the sales team to address customers’ concerns and provide technical support.
• Creating service manuals or training files and delivering regular trainings to BYD dealers.

Your profile:

• You are in Germany.
• Having knowledge of Electronic and Mechanical engineering.
• More than 1 year of relevant work experience in forklift industry or a similar field.
• Experience in resolving and following up on quality issues, etc.
• Good communication, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to work and resolve issues in critical situations.
