WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

• Leading a team of up to 30 employees performing shipbuilding work (ship hull welding, assembly)
• Ensuring daily work planning, workflow, progress tracking, quality of work, safety requirements, and documentation management
• Communicating with client representatives and representing the company’s interests
• Work independently, solve daily technical and organizational problems, effectively manage the team, ensure smooth work organization in dynamic situations, and serve as a leader and authority figure for other team members
• Work on business trips abroad—8–12 weeks per project, followed by 2–4 weeks of rest at home
