Zusammenfassung

Rhenus SE & CO. KG sucht eine Fachkraft im Bereich Hafenlogistik in Bremen. Sie koordinieren den operativen Einsatz verschiedener Schiffstypen über alle Projektphasen, arbeiten eng mit Besatzungen, technischen Abteilungen und MOC zusammen und erstellen RAMS-Dokumentationen.

Zusätzlich prüfen Sie Qualität, unterstützen Offshore-Visits und die Mobilisierung von Einsatzschiffen. Reisebereitschaft in der Region D/NL und ggf. weiteren Ländern wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Ihr wacher Background umfasst maritime, schiffsbetrieb und Offshore-Qualifikation.
• Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und nutzen Standard-MS-Office-Tools sicher.
• Als Teamplayer überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Reisebereitschaft in der Region Niederlande/Deutschland und projektabhängig weitere Länder wird erwartet.

Aufgaben

• Sie koordinieren den operativen Einsatz von PSV, CTV, AHTS, Wachschiff und weiteren Schiffstypen in allen Projektphasen.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit mehreren Stakeholdern zusammen und koordinieren die tägliche Kommunikation zwischen Besatzungen, technischen Abteilungen, MOC und internen Projektteams.
• Sie erstellen, prüfen und pflegen RAMS-Dokumentationen gemäß Projektanforderungen und Standards.
• Sie sorgen für reibungslose Projektdurchführung und führen Registrierung und Mobilisierung der Einsatzschiffe durch, inklusive aller erforderlichen Unterlagen und Zertifikate.
• Sie führen Offshore-Besuche durch, um Qualitätsprüfungen durchzuführen und die Einhaltung von Projektverfahren sicherzustellen.
• Sie unterstützen das Bremen-OPS-Team bei Planung, Koordination und Durchführung maritimer Operationen.

What You Can Expect

• You will coordinate the operational deployment of PSV, CTV, AHTS, Guard Vessel and other vessel types throughout all project phases.
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will coordinate daily communication between vessel crews, vessel technical departments, client Marine Operations Centers (MOC), and internal project teams.
• You will prepare, review, and maintain RAMS documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Ensuring smooth project execution, you will manage the registration and mobilization of project vessels, ensuring all required documentation and certifications remain complete and up to date throughout the project.
• You will conduct offshore visits to perform quality inspections, verify compliance with project procedures, and support operational excellence.
• You will support the Bremen OPS Team in the planning, coordination and execution of maritime operations.

What You Bring

• Your professional background includes maritime, vessel operations and offshore qualification.
• To succeed in this role, you are fluent in spoken and written German and English and are proficient in the use of standard MS Office tools.
• As a true team player, you impress with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Some travel in the region Netherlands / Germany and - project-dependent other countries - will be required.
