Foreman (welding/metalworking) SHIP ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Be responsible for planning and organizing the work of metalworkers/welders and ensuring the workflow in shipyards
  • Lead a team of around 15 people
  • Communicate with the client’s representatives on project and organizational matters
  • Look for solutions in daily situations and resolve arising issues
  • Prepare reports and other documentation
  • Work on international assignments – 4/1 or 8/2 rotation (4–8 weeks on-site, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
  • Be a leader and an authority for other team members.
