Qualifikationen

• Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, insbesondere in der Kunststoff- und Gummitechnologie.

At our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you have the opportunity – also on a part-time basis – to make a significant contribution to product safety as a Foreman as Quality Inspector Crack Inspection with the ability to work in a team and a high level of quality awareness.

The maximum gross annual salary is € 46,600. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

• Carrying out level 2 NDT tests (PT/MT) on metallic components in accordance with the valid test specifications
• Operation of systems for crack detection using magnetic particle and dye penetrant methods
• Creation, Management and documentation of test records in the field of non-destructive material testing
• Implementation of measures for quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Recording of performance and order data and execution of order confirmation in SAP
• Support in the analysis of internal and external quality problems to determine causes
• Creation and processing of quality reports and documentation of construction deviations
• Participation in simple problem solving as part of the production planning and control process

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or comparable technical training, at least at master level
• Additional qualification in non-destructive testing (NDT) level 2 according to EN4179 (aviation)
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, especially in plastics and rubber technology, as well as in quality assurance
• Sound expertise in the manufacture of composite components
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• An existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
