  • HS diploma or GED with 10+ years in Security Cooperation, Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or Master’s with 3+ years in Security Cooperation.

As a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to support case management and execution, develop and refine FMS forecasts, use analytics to drive FMS process improvements, and ensure policy and regulation understanding and compliance. You’ll support program management, planning, logistics and administrative requirements, and interagency coordination in the field. You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience working on U.S. Government FMS programs in a geographic combatant command, joint, or interagency environment
  • Experience with FMS including security cooperation and assistance, program management, defense exports, end use monitoring, technology transfer, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Excess Defense Articles, and Third-Party Transfers, trade shows and industry engagements, training and vetting support, or FMS-focused data analytics
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with Security Cooperation, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with Security Cooperation, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with Security Cooperation

  • Experience completing assessments structured on doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF)
  • Ability to determine focus and workflow despite competing priorities

  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
