Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Military Operations Planner to bring extensive planning expertise to complex national security projects in Stuttgart. You will act as an integrator between Joint Planning Process and SAP to embed sensitive capabilities across the full planning lifecycle.

You’ll advise clients and shape plans addressing threats to national security. The role emphasizes leadership in planning at high levels, coaching others, and delivering critical estimates, base and contingency

As a Military Operations Planner, you’ll bring your extensive planning expertise to work on various projects. You’ll serve as an integrator between the traditional Joint Planning Process and Special Access Programs (SAP) to incorporate sensitive capabilities into the full lifecycle of military planning. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and incorporate the Joint Planning Process into Division planning activities. You’ll guide the work we do for European Command's sensitive planning activities delivering estimates, base plans, operational plans and contingency plans that address solutions to our Nation's greatest threats. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience supporting military planning
• Experience with the Joint Planning Process
• Ability to train and coach others on the Joint Planning Process

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading planning at the Combatant Command level, including J35 or J5 preferred
• Experience with Sensitive Activities, SAP, ACCM, or other compartmented programs
• Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum, from the Action Officer to the General Officer/Flag Officer
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of the Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
