Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a junior Space Solutions Action Officer to support Combatant Commands and Service Components by identifying technology-based solutions for capability gaps, coordinating with counterparts across geographies, and advising senior leaders on space capabilities.

You will craft ideal-state solutions and compare DoD options, while gaining exposure to DoD requirements, JCIDS activities, AoAs, and CONOPs. Travel up to 25% and security clearance are required.

You Have:

• Experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Communityas a Commissioned Officer, Senior NCO, or Contractor

• Experience supporting Combatant Commands or Service Component Commands

• Experience researching, developing, organizing, and presenting materials for senior company and DoD leadership

• Experience organizing, training, and equipping functions, including Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System ( JCIDS ) activities, Analyses of Alternatives ( AoAs ) , Concept of Operations ( CONOPs ) , or Defense Acquisitions

• Knowledge of DoD requirements and acquisition processes

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
