Overview

ITility seeks a talented Force Protection Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will be onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany. The Contractor shall serve as an appointed Antiterrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) Point of Contact (POC), attend AT/FP meetings, and disseminate AT/FP information in accordance with duties and CDRL.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an AT/FP POC, attend meetings, and disseminate information as per duties and CDRL.
  • Conduct SCIF assessments every five years as delegated by DIA and NSA, and submit reports upon request.
  • Report security incidents within specified timeframes, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform annual site visits to ensure security compliance, generating and submitting reports.
  • Manage security procedures for personnel traveling to and from 693 ISRG facilities, including indoctrinations, debriefings, courier cards, and travel reporting.
  • Liaise with DIA and NSA for policy exceptions and waivers, reporting within five days.
  • Advise on SCI and collateral security matters, oversee SCI security functions, and identify security issues with potential national security impact.
  • Analyze program data, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in investigating security violations and evaluating tactical SCIFs for risk.
  • Develop SOPs and security requirements to protect operational materials.
  • Manage SCI access requests, visitor management, and badge issuance, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Support personnel security programs, including investigations, documentation, and compliance with directives.
  • Maintain security records, assist in policy development, and oversee security program reviews.
  • Respond to alarms, support security administration, and develop security objectives for personnel and physical security.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

  • Ability to analyze plans, data, and intelligence systems
  • Develop estimates and recommendations for deficiencies
  • Integrate information from multiple sources into systems
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
