Overview
ITilityseeks a talented Force Protection Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will sit onsite atRamstein, AFB, Germany.The Contractor shall serve as an appointed Antiterrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) POC. Attend and provide input to AT/FP meetings. Disseminate AT/FP information IAW AT/FP duties and CDRL.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an appointed Antiterrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) POC. Attend and provide input to AT/FP meetings. Disseminate AT/FP information IAW AT/FP duties and CDRL.
- Conduct formal Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) assessments every (five years (delegated by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and NSA per Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5105.21, Volumes 1-3). Submit assessment reports upon request by Special Security Office (SSO) or COR NLT ten business days after request.
- Submit Security Incident Reports. Security Violations and Incidents shall be reported via telephone no later than two hours after the violation/incident. Submit a written report no later than five business days after the violation/incident.
- Perform annual site visits to 693 ISRG facilities to ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and policies. Generate formal reports during each site visit.
- Submit report NLT ten business days after each site visit.
- Indoctrinate, in-process, debrief, out-process, create courier cards, and provide official travel reporting for 693 ISRG personnel to ensure compliance with Top Secret (TS) and TS/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)-related security requirements.
- Liaison with DIA and NSA accreditation branches for approval of exceptions to policy and waivers of IC technical specification standards. Report exceptions and waivers within five business days to the Government POC(s), the CO and the COR.
- Provide SCI and collateral advice and assistance to the assigned Government POC(s) on day-to-day operations. Manage the SCI security program and oversee SCI security functions for subordinate SCIFs. Identify issues that have the potential for significant impact and effect on national security. Report issues to the Government POC(s) within 2 business hours after identification.
- Compile and analyze program data and reports, identify trends, and develop comprehensive recommendations to reduce or eliminate vulnerabilities in the security program.
- Assist the assigned Government POC(s) with investigating and reporting security violations and incidents.
- Evaluate potential tactical SCIFs and temporary secure working areas to identify risk and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Recommend SOP and security requirements to the assigned Government POC(s) to ensure the protection of sensitive operational material.
- Process command requests for SCI access and ensure the termination of access to SCI when appropriate. Process, certify and receive incoming and outgoing visitor requests. Ensure all visitors, to include foreign national visitors, have proper badges. Ensure all assigned personnel have badges for SCIF access.
- Comply with all operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the Security Program, to include validating positions requiring access to classified information, processing personnel security investigations, and establishing and maintaining security information files.
- Provide input to the assigned Government POC(s) for overall program goals, plans, policy implementation guidelines, procedures, and work plans dealing with the development and operation of personnel security programs and activities.
- Maintain oversight and reporting requirements on SCI-cleared personnel that demonstrate sound security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information.
- Ensure administration of SCI programs comply with Presidential directives, National Intelligence Community directives, DoD manuals and policies, and Air Force directives, manuals, and instructions.
- Maintain accountability records and receipts for classified material to include transfer and destruction of material.
- Assist the assigned Government POC(s) in developing ISRG policy and guidance to ensure SCI data, personnel assets, and facilities are available.
- Assist SSO in performing program reviews to ensure compliance of 693 ISRG and subordinate unit’s functions, to include, but not limited to visitor control, indoctrinations and debriefings, SCI intelligence sanitization, Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation Standard (TEMPEST) operations, accreditations, tactical SCIFs, temporary secure working areas, and SCIF operations and access control.
- Identify Contractor personnel to be included on the joint Government/Contractor Alarms Roster. If notified by the Government, the Contractor shall respond to facility and equipment alarms NLT 60 minutes after notification. When responding, the contractor shall clear the alarm IAW established policies and procedures.
- Assist the assigned Government POC(s) with security administration which includes security education and training, entry control, and administration support. Develop, coordinate, and execute security objectives for personnel and physical security actions including, but not limited to, administrative processing of unit personnel and access to Defense Information System for Security (DISS), facility security accreditation packages, security-related assessments and evaluations, and security clearance processing activities with appropriate Government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions. Perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support of command collateral security requirements, SCI, Special Access Required (SAR), and/or SAP security programs.
- Maintain applicable security directives, regulations, manuals,and guidelines to adequately discharge Security Office duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS)
- 6 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline OR, 10 years of directly related experience
- Analyzes plans, data, intelligence information, or systems.
- Develops estimates and makes recommendations for deficiencies.
- Integrates information from a variety of sources into various systems; ensures proper system interfaces.
- Collects data for analysis. Develops products resulting from analysis.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
