As a Food Technologist you’ll play a role part in optimizing recipes for performance and cost, implementing our fat system strategy, and supporting production partners to bring our cocoa-free chocolate alternative, ChoViva, to life in a variety of applications.

• Optimize product formulations for cost reduction, performance and scalability
• Develop new and innovative products from concept to market launch, ensuring product quality and functionality
• Implement a fat system strategy for ChoViva across multiple applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and operations to bring new ideas to life and improve existing processes
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on ingredient development, testing, and sourcing
• Support customers and partners with technical knowledge, including on-site production trials and training

• Basic knowledge of fats and oils and how they behave in food applications
