We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for cleanliness and hospitality.

Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Attendant at our client you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment during their stay.
Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to our guests’ overall satisfaction.
Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Make beds, change linens, clean and sanitize bathrooms, and restock amenities.
Vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
Assist with laundry operations as needed, including washing, folding, and ironing linens.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any maintenance issues in guest rooms or common areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
