Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver an engaging tavern experience by presenting menus, taking orders, and inputting into POS. You will ensure guests enjoy a warm, memorable visit with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations.

Requirements include at least 21 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. Cash handling, teamwork, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting are essential.

• Present menus, utilize suggestive selling techniques, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverage options.
• Accurately take beverage and food orders and input into POS system using Universal Seating guidelines.
• Handle payment transactions and ensure correct change or receipt is provided; obtain required guest signatures.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and report concerns to management.
• Assist team members with food running, side work, and drink service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure all food is served in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies, Title 31, and federal regulations where applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
