Job Description

• Maintenance of customer vehicles, troubleshooting, and rectification with the support of SBC.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and authorized workshops in the assigned area.
• Cooperating and coordinating with different departments within Solaris, especially Service, Warranty, and Spare Parts.
• Managing and coordinating the entire vehicle repair process.
• Reporting to internal departments to improve the quality of Solaris products through designated systems such as eSNote.
• Enhancing theoretical and practical knowledge through participation in training courses, seminars, and trade fairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle/bus repair or heavy vehicle repair.
• Experience and ability to work closely with customers.
• Technical educational background.
• German at B2/C1 level is required; good command of English is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel.
• Team player with good communication skills.
