Our wholesale business is growing and expanding globally, and we’re looking for a Flutter Engineer (mobile) to help scale On’s B2B operations. In this role, you’ll be based in our Berlin office, working closely with the product team and key stakeholders in Zurich to improve and grow our systems using the latest technology.

Your Mission

Own and contribute to our B2B wholesale (mobile and macOS) projects that directly impact our Sales enablement within the organization.Collaborate with the wider engineering teams to maintain the project codebases, raising the bar of code quality and scalability.Work daily within a cross functional squad to build features and conduct experiments aligned with the product vision.Streamline the work of the engineering team and contribute to improving productivity.Improve deployment processes, such as speeding up the CI/CD pipeline, implementing canary deploys, and automating rollbacks.Involving product conversations and take ownership in cases where there are lots of unknowns and open questions

Your story
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a native mobile engineer (iOS preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Flutter
  • Production experience with using Rest API and best practices of mobile system design
  • Practical experience with mobile product testing and monitoring
  • Familiarity with mobile product release management

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge / Experience with Restful API design
  • Practical knowledge of Document datastores is a plus
  • Experience with event driven architectures is a nice to have
  • Strong experience with large scale of custom facing mobile productExperience with working in a fast-pace environment
