Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years work experience as a floor supervisor or similar position.
• Experience in 4**** or 5***** star hotels.
• German and English language skills, at least B1 level.

Your mission

We are looking for support in the housekeeping team. As a Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

• Standard control of guest rooms, public areas, including all entrances, event & staff rooms.
• Lost & found & laundry management
• Control of all technical equipment & furnishings, as well as possible forwarding of repairs and maintenance work to be carried out to the building services department
• Seamless & professional communication with supervisors & the reception desk
• Goal-oriented cooperation with the housekeeper & appropriate substitution in case of her absence
• Implementation of special guest requests
• Control of the observance of the legal regulations & the house rules
• Daily distribution of VIP treatments in the guest rooms
• Verification of compliance with quality standards in own department
• Task-related staff assignment & scheduling of room lists

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel or housekeeping industry
• 1-3 years of work experience as a floor supervisor or in a similar position
• Experience from 4**** or 5***** star hotel industry
• Good eye for detail in all areas of the hotel
• Flexibility and openness to new developments
• Friendliness and distinct ability to work in a team
• German and English language skills, at least B1 level
• good MS Office skills
