In this varied role, you will manage a section of our store. You will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, controlling the flow of goods, and organizing staffing. You will ensure the department layout is attractive and that merchandise is presented to promote sales. Your personal and expert advice, along with your confident demeanor and good manners, will make shopping in your department an experience. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and coordinate your staff team.

Required experience and skills:

- Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
- Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, such as assistant department manager or deputy
- Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
