Job Description:

In the course of your varied role, you will manage the whole of a section in our outlet store. As part of this function, you will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, control the flow of goods, and organise staffing. You will ensure that the layout of the department is attractive and that merchandise is presented to promote sales. Your personal and expert advice, along with your support of our discerning customers, will make shopping in your department an experience. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and coordinate your staff team.

Required experience and skills:

• Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or deputy
• Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and highly developed people skills
