About the Role:

As a Floor Fitter, you will be responsible for installing cap and cove safety flooring in bathrooms and kitchens across various residential sites. This role involves lone working and requires you to attend sites where refurbishment work is ongoing. You will be managed and supported by our team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install cap and cove safety flooring in residential bathrooms and kitchens
Perform hot weld safety flooring installations
Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety
Work independently on various sites with ongoing refurbishment projects
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
Always adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Undertake other types of flooring installations as required
About You:
Minimum of 5 years of flooring installation experience
Proven experience in hot weld safety flooring installations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction
