Job Description :

• Experience in manufacturing & quality-related shop floor applications, with hands-on experience in production support.
• Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing industry / aerospace industry.
• MES consultant with SAP ME/MII knowledge, understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, PLC, SCADA.
• Support, development, and enhancement of large-scale MES projects, ensuring seamless integration of IT-OT domain for operational synergy.
• Work closely with clients to understand MES requirements and prepare technical design documents.
• Ensure deployment and release management processes are followed for smooth MES solution delivery.
• Design and architect MES solutions
• Align MES solutions with the organization’s IT architecture.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders for effective system integration.
• Provide technical/functional leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure MES solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
• Maintain high-quality solution and application support documentation.
• Prepare maintenance and upgrade plans for systems.
• Share knowledge and information with team members and the organization.
• Assist and support team members as needed.
• Good knowledge of discrete/aerospace manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP MII/ME configuration and development.
• Experience with MES/MOM technology.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with SAP integration projects (SAP PP, MM, SD, WM modules).
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse groups, including executives and subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of machine integration via OPC and interfacing protocols.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, sensors, and IIOT devices.
• Familiarity with SAPUI5.
