We are currently seeking a Flexo Sales Manager for the DACH & SEE region, based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the DACH & SEE region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in flexographic printing, focusing on packaging, labels, and flexible materials.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Client Relationship Management

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in flexographic printing or related industries.
  • Proven success in achieving B2B sales targets.
  • Strong network within the DACH & SEE flexographic printing market is advantageous.
  • Deep knowledge of flexographic printing equipment, software, and consumables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
