Job summary

Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn bietet im Rahmen von Flexicum ein Praktikum im Bereich HR-Executive-Management. Als Flexicum-Teilnehmer:in arbeiten Sie an Kernprozessen wie Onboarding, KPI-Reports und der Erstellung von Präsentationen mit.

Sie studieren Wirtschafts-, Arbeits- oder Psychologiestudien und bringen idealerweise erste HR-Erfahrung sowie Teamgeist, Kreativität und Deutsch/Englischkenntnisse mit. Das Praktikum kann auch in Teilzeit erfolgen und ist mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten verbunden.

Qualifications

• Du studierst BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbares.
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalwesen ist von Vorteil.
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Kreativität werden erwartet.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Group Leadership & Executive Teams bei KPIs, Berichten und Analysen.
• Eigenständige Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Projektdokumentationen.
• Unterstützung in Personalprozessen wie Onboarding, Performance Management.
