Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of all rental business processes across multiple branches.
- Optimize rental fleet management in collaboration with branch locations, considering customer demand, regional synergies, fleet costs (depreciation, maintenance, repairs), and business development needs.
- Drive business development within the rental division, including reactivation of inactive or lost customers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report rental KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service and proactive engagement.
- Support alignment of rental operations with company-wide strategic goals.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial or technical education with further training in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, automotive industry, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical understanding of construction machinery and attachments, combined with solid commercial acumen and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 60%).
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is an advantage.
