Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the operational implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of all rental business processes across multiple branches.
  2. Optimize rental fleet management in collaboration with branch locations, considering customer demand, regional synergies, fleet costs (depreciation, maintenance, repairs), and business development needs.
  3. Drive business development within the rental division, including reactivation of inactive or lost customers.
  4. Monitor, analyze, and report rental KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  5. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service and proactive engagement.
  6. Support alignment of rental operations with company-wide strategic goals.
Candidate Profile
  1. Completed commercial or technical education with further training in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, automotive industry, or similar.
  2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field, including leadership responsibilities.
  3. Strong technical understanding of construction machinery and attachments, combined with solid commercial acumen and organizational skills.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  5. Willingness to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 60%).
  6. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  7. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is an advantage.
