Zusammenfassung

Hirezar is seeking a Fleet Administrator to keep UK vehicle records compliant while working remotely from South Africa, aligning MOTs, servicing, insurance and driver records with UK hours.

You will collaborate with UK employers and a SA team, manage renewals, liaise with garages, and generate cost and compliance reports for long-term placements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong diary and renewal tracking discipline across multiple dates.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting.
• Ability to liaise with garages, drivers and suppliers.

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Role overview

You'll keep a UK vehicle fleet legal, serviced and on the road — tracking MOTs, servicing, insurance and driver records so nothing expires unnoticed.

A fleet goes wrong quietly — an expired MOT, a lapsed licence check, a service that was never booked. Your job is to make sure none of that reaches the point of becoming a problem.

You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle records including MOT, service, tax and insurance dates
• Schedule servicing, repairs and inspections with garages
• Track driver licences, checks and training renewals
• Process fuel card, toll and congestion charge administration
• Log incidents and support insurance claim paperwork
• Produce fleet cost and compliance reports

What you'll need

• Experience with fleet, vehicle or compliance-heavy administration
• Diary and renewal tracking discipline across many moving dates
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting
• Comfortable liaising with garages, drivers and suppliers
• Accurate record-keeping under audit conditions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fleet software such as Jaama or FleetCheck
• Exposure to UK vehicle compliance or DVLA processes
• Experience with telematics or tracking platforms
