Hirezar is seeking a Conveyance Paralegal to support the final phase of UK conveyancing remotely. You will guide cases from agreed terms through completion, Land Registry registration, and closure without providing client advice.

Responsibilities include preparing completion statements, chasing funds, assembling payment packs, and liaising with solicitors to confirm final figures. A strong UK conveyancing background and excellent English are essential.

Priority Location: South Africa, LATAM, Philippines

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM Uk Time

Salary Range: $2,000 per month

About Us

We are a UK specialist in statutory lease extensions, comprising a valuation business, an SRA-regulated law firm, and a finance arm all within the same group. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our team to support our next stage of development.

The Role

You will pick up cases once the new lease terms have been agreed upon and guide them through to completion, Land Registry registration, and final case closure. In this position, you will not run statutory claims or advise clients on legal matters. Instead, you are the person who ensures the final phase of the process is organized, accurate, and calm.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Financial & Statement Preparation:Prepare completion statements and invoices, and walk clients through the details.
• Fund Management:Chase and confirm client funds ahead of completion while keeping clients informed on timelines.
• Payment Administration:Assemble payment packs for internal approval (Note: You will never hold, move, or directly handle client money).
• Solicitor Liaison:Coordinate with landlords' solicitors to confirm final figures, dates, and completion arrangements.
• Land Registry Management:Prepare and submit Land Registry (HMLR) applications, monitoring them through to final registration.
• Requisitions Tracking:Log requisitions, pass them to the responsible paralegal for resolution, and track them through to conclusion.
• Data Integrity:Keep the case management system accurate and up to date at all times.

Experience & Requirements

• UK Conveyancing Background:Solid UK residential conveyancing experience, specifically within completions, post-completion, or accounts support.
• Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with completion statements, apportionments, HMLR applications, and requisitions.
• Communication:Excellent spoken and written English, with strong phone confidence when speaking to UK clients (including managing anxious or frustrated callers).
• Operational Mindset:Highly organized and methodical, with a preference for mastering a dedicated phase of the pipeline rather than managing a full caseload end-to-end.
• Workplace Setup:Reliable remote setup with stable internet and dedicated availability during agreed-upon working hours.

Note: Prior lease extension experience is a bonus, but not required. The specialist legal knowledge sits with our solicitors and paralegals and will be taught on the job.
