About the job
Your tasks
  • Support our trade partners and end customers via phone and written communication regarding product-specific and technical questions, outside of a traditional call center environment.
  • Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting using provided tools and knowledge bases.
  • Escalate complex cases that cannot be resolved via phone to the 2nd-level support.
  • Ensure quick and customer-oriented solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Use our ticket system to track all inquiries and document actions taken.
  • Contribute to the development of self-service options and the continuous improvement of our knowledge database.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial or technical training.
  • Experience in customer service or support, with technical understanding of household appliances.
  • Familiarity with complaint and escalation management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and possess strong communication skills.
  • Remain composed in challenging situations.
  • Excellent command of German in spoken and written form; good knowledge of English or Dutch is a plus.
