Galaxus Deutschland is seeking a logistics support specialist to help ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will act as the first point of contact for operational issues and work closely with on-site teams to resolve disruptions in goods receipt, dispatch, picking, or disposal.

You will analyze problems, document outcomes clearly, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while supporting standardization across logistics workflows with a focus on accurate, traceable work practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in first-level support in logistics or similar operational environment.
• Solid understanding of logistics workflows and warehouse processes.
• Comfort with digital systems; familiarity with warehouse management, ERP, or ticketing tools is a plus.
• Careful documentation and ability to manage multiple topics with an overview.
• Identify improvements and contribute to process development.

In this role, you support the smooth running of operational processes by handling support requests, quality checks, and inventory-related tasks. Your meticulous and team-oriented approach contributes to efficient order processing.

Your responsibilities

• You serve as the first point of contact for operational issues in warehouse logistics, working closely with the on-site teams
• You assist employees with questions and disruptions related to logistics processes and systems
• You receive, analyze, and support the resolution of problems in the areas of goods receipt, goods dispatch, order picking, or disposal
• You document process and system disruptions in a clear and traceable manner and escape complex cases to the appropriate interfaces
• Through your structured way of working, you help standardize and continuously improve processes

Your skills

• Ideally, you already have experience in first-level support in logistics or in a comparable operational environment
• You have a solid understanding of logistics workflows and operational processes in warehouse logistics
• You are comfortable working with digital systems; knowledge of warehouse management, ERP, or ticketing systems is an advantage
• You work carefully, document in a traceable manner, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics simultaneously
• You identify improvement potential and actively contribute to the further development of processes
• You build trust through consistent and reliable actions
• You use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
