Zusammenfassung

Galaxus Deutschland is seeking a Team Leader Inbound to manage daily operations in a fully automated warehouse at the Neuenburg site. You will lead a team of about 10–15 employees, ensure on-time delivery and optimize logistics while controlling costs.

You bring extensive logistics experience and proven leadership, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse management systems. The role requires two shifts (05:30–23:00) and a hands-on, proactive approach.

As Team Leader Inbound, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our new logistics team at the Neuenburg site.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in a fully automated warehouse and are not afraid to lend a hand yourself
• Leading a team of around 10–15 employees, you take on both professional and personal leadership responsibilities
• You independently conduct employee reviews with your team and hold daily as well as weekly meetings on site
• You continuously develop your team and take an active role in recruiting new team members
• Occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) are always top of mind
• You participate in projects and actively involve your team and your logistics expertise to continuously improve work processes

Your skills

• You bring extensive logistics expertise, whether through many years of experience or specialized training
• Your solid leadership experience, ideally in logistics or a related field, is a key part of your qualifications
• Good communication skills in English; German or French is a plus
• Strong IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems
• Resilience, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands‑on mentality are valuable traits that will serve you well in your daily work
• You are mobile and able to work in our two‑shift system between 05:30 - 23:00.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
