Fire Safety Director

Overview

Security USA, Inc, is a growing security company in the U.S. Our security personnel work days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and upscale retail in NJ and NY. Security USA employs the best candidates in the field that help make a difference for our clients. We currently have immediate openings for fire safety directors at a hotel in New York City from Mon through Sun.

ALL SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Responsibilities

• Handling the fire panel and addressing any alerts or concerns, taking the system offline when required.
• Writing detailed reports, making log entries, and submitting reports through the online report system.
• Performing fire inspections and handling fire drills.
• Securing the lobby and front desk area and assisting in all other security matters.
• Greeting guests and directing them to the proper staff when addressed.
• Supervising and providing directions to other security staff.

Qualifications

• Valid NY Security Guard License.
• Valid F89, T89 cards, or Z89 certificate.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Great customer service attitude.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations.
• Must be able to stand for long hours if required.
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
