Embedded Shishya is seeking enthusiastic individuals to help veterans and families navigate life insurance options from home. You will conduct warm outreach, identify member needs, and explain benefit options while delivering outstanding service. Prior sales experience is preferred, and training through licensing is provided where needed.

This remote position offers weekly pay, lead support, and incentives within a stable 70-year organization focused on member satisfaction and legendary service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License or already hold one.
• Comfort working independently and in a team environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Identify members' financial needs and explain benefits of supplemental products.
• Provide excellent customer service and retain members.
• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the application process and provide updates.
• Offer post-policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
• Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.

Required Skills

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Sales experience is highly preferred
