ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Play a vital role in building an impactful Financial Planning & Analysis team with high visibility to senior management as we scale across Europe.
• Support strategic decisions through preparing in-depth financial analysis and collaborating closely with functional decision-makers across the company.
• Develop KPIs to track team and company-level performance, as well as identify opportunities for growth or increased efficiency.
• Take a key role in the preparation of our business plan, budgeting process and investor reporting.
• Be part of a thriving, diverse and fun team, that will help you grow professionally and personally.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in Investment Banking (Corporate Finance / M&A within a top tier Investments Bank) or Financial Planning & Analysis is essential.
• Analytical Thinker: You have outstanding analytical and financial modelling skills with high attention to detail; enjoy working with financial data to support your decisions; can break complex problems into smaller ones to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans.
• Team Player: You have strong communication and collaboration skills; can make a good business case and convince people to follow your lead; keep your cool under pressure and interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
• Manage Ambiguity: You are a self-starter that is comfortable managing a fast-paced and changing environment with the ability and willingness to adapt on the fly.
• Deliver Results: You are curious by nature, a motivated self-starter and care about making an impact; are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are always focused on delivering quality results, even against tight deadlines.
• First class degree from a leading university in Finance / Accounting / Business.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
