• Serve as the Financial Partner to the Managing Director (MD) and a key member of the management team, influencing decisions that affect performance.
• Provide the MD and management team with accurate financial information and transparent analysis of risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with Group policies.
• Oversee all financial operations, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and approve financial commitments and risks in line with established financial KPIs.
• Foster strong collaboration with the regional team to align the plant’s strategy with the Group’s overarching objectives.
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity.
• Develop and propose relevant KPIs and processes to help the management team monitor performance, drive actionable plans to enhance profitability, and meet annual financial targets.
• Provide strategic financial advice on investment opportunities and potential acquisitions.
• Act as the liaison between regional controllers and operations, ensuring effective communication and dissemination of critical information.
• Lead and manage the controlling team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing (essential).
• Proficiency in SAP systems.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Authorization to work in the EU.
