Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, including a comprehensive group-wide model, and prepare company valuations using various methods suited to different scenarios.
• Analyze key financial figures and performance, preparing decision papers for the Management Board as part of strategic planning.
• Support M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side), analyzing impacts on financials.
• Assist with IFRS asset and goodwill impairment tests and the HFA10 valuation of investments.
• Prepare special analyses and ad-hoc reports.

Your profile

• University degree in business, finance, or accounting, with specialization in valuation, finance, or related fields.
• At least three years of experience in finance, advisory (e.g., Big Four), or M&A.
• Strong knowledge of business valuation, M&A, and financial modeling; highly organized, motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
